Placing an Order

All purchases must be completed by telephone, via our Client Relation Center or via email. You may contact us by voice at (831) 626.2722 or via email at sales@cayencollection.com. Or simply use the contact us button directly from our webpage.

SHIPPING

Items are normally shipped via FedEx overnight or second day fully insured. Shipping if Free on all full priced merchandise. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification listing each item shipped and a shipper tracking number. All packages require adult signature to be delivered.

RETURNS AND RETURN SHIPPING

All items purchased through the Cayen e-Boutique via a Cayen Ambassador may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Conditions of Sale. Please note: You may return your creation to Cayen within 7 days of receipt, for exchange or refund to the original credit card. Merchandise credits are not issued through the Cayen e-Boutique. You are also welcome to visit the Cayen Collection Boutique in Carmel, California to return your creation for exchange or boutique merchandise credit.

You may return your Cayen purchase in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Cayen Collection will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in anyway.

Should you wish to make a return or exchange by mail, please contact us by phone at 831-626.2722 or via email sales@cayencollection.com to make arrangements. Insurance for returned purchases is free. The buyer is responsible for paying the nominal fee charged by the US Postal Service for the shipment. A Cayen Ambassador will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and will email you specific step-by-step instructions on how to ship the merchandise back to Cayen.
